Australian Nurse Family Partnership Program

ANFPP is a voluntary, intensive home visiting program for first time mum’s having an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander baby. We aim to improve the health, wellbeing and self-sufficiency of mothers and their child until the child reaches 2 years of age.

Child and Family Team

Identifies and addresses barriers to good family relationships, whilst supporting them through children's transition to childcare, pre-school, primary school and high school

Maayu Mali

Maayu Mali provides both residential and community based programs for adults experiencing addiction. This includes a 12 week residential rehabilitation followed by 21 months of aftercare.
